And, as always, he uses special spices: In our spice box for Ottolenghi fans we have selected the most special herbs and spices: Asafoetida, Caraway seed, Nigella seed, Chaat Masala, Berbere, Allspice, Chili, Curry madras, Garam Masala, Black mustard seed, Fennel seed and Cumin seed. We were inspired by these delicious herbs and spices and made three delicious vegetarian recipes for this box. (These are written in English) All our spices and peppers are 100% natural, with other additives.
